All Cuidiú Antenatal Ireland classes include free membership to Cuidiú for the year.
They are small group sizes, interactive, independent and evidence-based.
Attending our antenatal classes can make a big difference and can be really helpful for partners to know how best to support you and advocate for you if necessary.

Cuidiú Waterford has a number of items available to borrow.
These items are available with no fees to people in the locality.
