Our branch currently has 3 qualified antenatal teachers offering antenatal classes, combination hypnobirthing + antenatal classes, breastfeeding preparation workshops, VBAC workshops and Pregnancy Relax Stretch Breathe classes. We’re also excited to have 2 trainees who will be offering classes under supervision in 2026 and 2027.
All Cuidiú Antenatal Ireland classes include free membership to Cuidiú for the year.
They are small group sizes, interactive, independent and evidence-based.
Attending our antenatal classes can make a big difference and can be really helpful for partners to know how best to support you and advocate for you if necessary.

Weekly Parentlinks
Parents and babies or toddlers get together in a member’s home, a café, or a playground. They are organised through the members’ WhatsApp group.
Family Events
Cuidiú DNE hosts a variety of fun events for the whole family throughout the year. Some of our annual activities include Easter Egg Hunt, Summer Party, Halloween Party, and a festive Christmas party. We also organise special events that give parents a well-earned night out, along with occasional expert-led talks offering practical advice on a variety of parenting topics.
