All Cuidiú Antenatal Ireland classes include free membership to Cuidiú for the year.
They are small group sizes, interactive, independent and evidence-based.
Attending our antenatal classes can make a big difference and can be really helpful for partners to know how best to support you and advocate for you if necessary.

Thursday morning support meetings
Coffee mornings take place in person from 10a.m. – 12p.m. on Thursdays. They alternate between Breastfeeding Support Meetings on the first, third and fifth Thursdays of each month, and Bumps & Babes Support Meetings on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month.
Breastfeeding Support – Breastfeeding Counsellors (BFCs) will join for chat, support and info.
Bumps & Babes – all bumps and babes welcome for tea and chats.
There is an online Bumps & Babes support meeting once a month in the evening.
Baby and Toddler Playgroup
Toys & playmats for the smallies, tea & chats for the parents/ minders!
Our baby and toddler playgroups run during term time only.

We host special events throughout the year, whether they are weekend parent and child meet ups, Cuidiu a do get togethers or talks with parenting experts.

Library and Pump rental
Cuidiu DSE also has a library of books about pregnancy and parenting, as well as hospital grade breast pump rental.
